Minimum Network Requirements
Jubilee TV recommends a minimum network(WiFi) and ISP speed of 5 Mbps (upload and download.) Any slower and you may experience choppy video, slowness of control, or issues with data not loading at all or loading slowly. Most ISPs will provide much more bandwidth than is needed, however, it is helpful if the WiFi is also closer to the unit to ensure that there is good access all the way to the Jubilee TV device.
Recommended Network Requirements
For optimal performance, Jubilee TV recommends a minimum network(WiFi) and ISP speed of 10 Mbps (upload and download.) Faster is better and can allow for improved video quality, faster control, and better navigation.
Firewall/Closed Ports
If you plan on installing in an environment which may have a firewall (or ports that may be blocked,) we recommend that you reach out to us to discuss options.
