How to ensure that a LG TV powers on to the JubileeTV input

Use these steps when encountering a LG TV that does not power on to the JubileeTV input

The power on screen of LG Smart TVs purchased from 2023 onwards can be set to either [Home] screen or [Recent Input] when turned on.

For TVs purchased before 2023:

2023: [All Settings] → [General] → [System] → [Advanced Settings] → [Home Settings] → [Power On Screen] → [Home/Recent Input].
2022: [All Settings] → [General] → [System] → [Advanced Settings] → [Home Settings] → [Home Auto Launch] → [Off].
2021: [All Settings] → [General] → [System] → [Advanced Settings] → [Home Settings] → [Home Auto Launch] → [Off].
2020: [All Settings] → [General] → [Home Settings] → [Home Auto Launch] → [Off].
2019: [All Settings] → [General] → [Advanced Settings] → [Home Settings] → [Home Auto Launch] → [Off].

Notes:

If you turn on the TV using the power button on the TV itself, you may see a different external input screen.
The setting may not be applied if you turn off [Quick Start +].
Please ensure the [Quick Start +] setting is on.
[All Settings] can be reached by pressing the Settings button the remote control and then selecting the Settings wheel at the top of the quick menu.

How to set up Quick Start +:

2023: [All Settings] → [General] → [System] → [Additional Settings] → [Quick Start+].
2022: [All Settings] → [General] → [Devices] → [TV Management] → [Quick Start+].
2021: [All Settings] → [General] → [Devices] → [TV Management] → [Quick Start+].
2020: [All Settings] → [General] → [Additional Settings] → [Quick Start+].
2019: [All Settings] → [General] → [Additional Settings] → [Quick Start+].
