JubileeTV allows approved family members to use the JubileeTV App to communicate with an older loved one on their TV through video calls, messages, and more. To ensure your older loved one’s privacy and security, Contacts must be invited to use The App. The good news is that you can invite as many Contacts as you’d like.
The easiest way to invite Contacts is to use the JubileeTV App. You must have Admin permissions to invite other Contacts. To invite a contract, select “Contacts” in The App, then tap the button that says “Invite Contact.” Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite. They will get an email containing a link to download The App. They can sign in using the same email address to which the invitation was sent.
If a contact attempts to sign in to The App without an invitation, they can use the code displayed on your loved one's TV to get connected. To find the invite code, press the blue Caavo button on the JubileeTV Voice Remote, choose 'Contacts,' and then press the green '+' button.
